What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is an initial free consultation. Here is where we determine the scope of work that needs to be done. I will have clear and open communication for all of my clients. The main objective is to get the job done accurately and efficiently.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors of Science in Accounting and QuickBooks Certified Pro Advisor.
I have been in the business of accounting, payroll, cash analysis, and customer service for over 10 years. My focus is on quality, efficiency, and customer service.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always been a numbers person. I found accounting in high school and it stuck with me. Through talking with many business owners... I realized how many entrepreneurs there are that need help keeping their books in order.

Real Estate Agents and Investors , Beauty Salon Owners, Independent Contractors, General Contractors, Traveling Physicians, Logistics /Trucking, Therapy/Counseling and more.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Build a relationship with the individual you will have handling your money. It needs to be an open book, that is how trust is built.
